About Angela
As a Board Certified Coach and Licensed Professional Counselor my expertise is coming beside you, to help you clarify your deepest desires, determine what’s next, and take the necessary steps to bring it all together!
I will listen intently to your concerns, ask meaningful questions, and provide structured support to help you move towards the life and career success you envision for yourself.
My professional background includes 15 years of experience in human resources, career coaching, and counseling in both corporate and university settings. Prior to opening my counseling practice, I worked at the Duke University Chapel counseling undergraduate students exploring career options in faith-based organizations and churches.
When I am not in a counseling or coaching session, you will often find me speaking at a professional association meeting, women’s conference, or leadership retreat. Among my greatest passions is speaking to individuals about overcoming adversity, building better relationships, and the importance of self-care.
On a personal note, I love to travel with my family, take long walks out in nature, and spend time with my dog, Molly. I also have a special interest in international women’s issues and recently joined the Fistula Foundation’s Love – a – Sister Program.
“The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.”
